Terms of Service

These terms describe use of GLP-1 Calculator, operated by JNDynamics in Lebanon at glp-1calculator.app. Contact presales@jndynamics.com with questions. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using the service.

1. Service and eligibility

The service offers public calculators and optional account-based tracking for weight, nutrition, medication records and pen inventory. It is intended for adults. You are responsible for accurate entries and for protecting your account. Do not share passwords or impersonate another person.

2. Health information and estimates

The service is an educational and recordkeeping tool, not a healthcare provider, medical device assessment, diagnosis or prescription. Projections, BMI, protein and energy calculations are estimates. Body illustrations do not predict your individual appearance or results.

Do not start, stop or change medication based on the app. Follow instructions from your clinician and pharmacist. Custom dose entries, editable plans and estimated pen balances do not establish whether a particular pen can deliver partial doses or whether a dose is safe. Inventory may differ from physical amounts because of priming, waste or recording errors.

3. Reminders and availability

Calendar reminders depend on your calendar import, notification settings and device. They may be delayed or unavailable and are not a substitute for your prescribed instructions. The app is not an emergency service. Technical interruptions, network failures or incorrect entries can affect records and calculations. Keep independent copies of important records and wait for the saved indicator before leaving after changes.

4. Accounts, records and privacy

You retain rights to the information you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to operate the features you use, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You may request account deletion by contacting the support email. We may verify ownership before acting.

5. Pricing and payments

Online payments are currently unavailable. Listed personal plan prices are informational planned prices only and do not create a subscription or a payment obligation. Public calculators remain available without an account. Any future paid offering will disclose payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, upload information you have no right to share, attempt to access another user's data, bypass security controls, distribute malicious code or disrupt availability. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse or protect users and the service.

7. Content and third-party services

The app's software and original materials belong to their respective owners. Use of Google sign-in, Supabase and any calendar service is also subject to the relevant provider's terms. External links are provided for reference; we do not control external services.

8. Limits and changes

The service is provided subject to technical and operational limitations. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact predictions or medical outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may change features or these terms; updated terms will show a revised effective date, with notice of material changes where appropriate.
