Privacy Policy

This policy explains how JNDynamics, the operator of GLP-1 Calculator at glp-1calculator.app, handles information when you use our public calculators or create an account. JNDynamics operates from Lebanon. For privacy questions or requests, contact presales@jndynamics.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, display name, account identifier and authentication information. Email/password authentication is handled by Supabase; your password is not stored in the calculator profile table.
• Google sign-in information: when you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic identity information, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture when available. Our authentication provider, Supabase, processes this information to create or authenticate your app account.
• Information you enter: age, sex, height, starting/current/target weight, diabetes status, selected medication and treatment status, dated weigh-ins, medication doses and injection sites, symptom notes, pen inventory, protein intake, activity level, and reminder preferences. Some of this is sensitive health-related information. You choose what to enter; avoid unnecessary identifying details in notes.
• Technical information: hosting and authentication services may process IP addresses, browser/device information, request times and security or error logs to deliver and protect the service. If the hosting platform supplies a country header, the server may use it as a location hint; it is not part of your health profile.
• Support messages: information you send when contacting us, including details needed to answer your request or verify account ownership.

2. How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, restore your profile, calculate and display estimates, record your journey, calculate estimated pen balances, create calendar reminder files, and maintain service security. We also use information to respond to support and privacy requests, troubleshoot problems and meet applicable obligations.

Public calculator inputs are processed in your browser when you are not signed in. Account-linked profiles and submitted tracking entries are stored through Supabase. We do not require an account to use the public calculators.

3. Google user data

Google account information is used for authentication and linking your saved app records to your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar through Google sign-in. Google authentication does not give us your Google password. The app does not send your health tracking records to Google as part of the sign-in request.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

You may revoke Google access in your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access stops that authorization; it does not automatically erase your app account or previously saved data. Contact us to request deletion.

4. Service providers and sharing

• Supabase: provides authentication, session management and database storage for your account and saved profile/health tracking records.
• Google: provides optional Google sign-in under its own privacy practices.
• Website hosting: our cPanel hosting with Namecheap delivers website files and processes related network and security information.
• Your calendar provider: if you download and import a reminder file, it can contain medication names, doses and shot dates. Importing it shares that information with the calendar/device service you choose, subject to its policies.

We do not sell personal information. Access by our personnel or service providers is limited to operating, securing or supporting the service and addressing requests. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.

Online payments are currently unavailable. The public pricing page is informational and does not collect card details or initiate payment processing. If payments are introduced, relevant disclosures will be updated.

5. Browser storage

The app uses browser local storage for Supabase authentication sessions so you can remain signed in. Before redirecting to Google, it temporarily saves your calculator profile and weigh-ins in session storage to restore them after sign-in; the draft is removed after successful account loading. Session storage is also cleared when its browser session ends. Clearing site storage can remove local session/draft information, but does not delete data already saved to your account.

The current application does not include advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. Authentication and hosting providers may use their own operational cookies or storage. You can manage site storage in your browser settings.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account and tracking records while your account is maintained, unless you delete records or request account deletion. There is currently no automatic expiry for saved journey entries. Deleting a visible entry updates the active account record after automatic saving succeeds; it may not immediately remove copies held in provider backups or operational logs.

To request deletion of your account and associated saved records, email presales@jndynamics.com from the email linked to your account. We may verify identity before processing. Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal, security or dispute purposes, and residual backup copies follow the relevant provider's retention process. Signing out, uninstalling a shortcut or revoking Google access alone does not delete your database records.

7. Your choices and requests

You can use public tools without signing in, choose which tracking information to provide, edit profile settings, remove individual entries and stop using the service. You may contact us to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your information. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Do not email passwords or authentication tokens.

8. Security and international processing

The application connects to its authentication and database provider over HTTPS and uses account-based access controls for saved profile records. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Protect your email and Google accounts and avoid shared-device access without signing out.

We and our service providers may process information outside Lebanon or your country of residence, depending on provider infrastructure and the project's hosting location. Contact us with questions about the processing of your information.

9. Intended users

This service is intended for adults and is not designed for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the service or its practices change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Contact JNDynamics at presales@jndynamics.com with privacy questions or requests.
